This is a new event to participate in for us, but we receive a lot of support from the Concord Rotary so we want to show them support for their event. The event runs 1:00pm-7:00pm in Rideout Park, Concord. We will be setting up our tent and information table. Alannah will be traveling that weekend, and Christine Evans will likely be the staff support person for set-up and take-down, but we do need to be sure at least one person for each timeslot is able to assist with the tent and table set-up/removal. It is a two-person job. If you have a vehicle capable of bringing tent to or front Maynard, please let Alannah know- it requires a mini van or pickup truck. Otherwise, we will use the Open Table van. Hopefully the music and atmosphere for this event will be lots of fun!
